Booking
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking.
Minimum Stay
We have a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Payment
Cash, Credit card (Visa, Master Card and American Express) are allowed in the residence.
Official Document Requests
Upon arrival, customers (including minors) will be asked to complete an identity form. These documents will be kept confidential within our systems and may or may not be requested for official use.
Check-in and Check-out time
The room is available from 2 p.m.
The rooms must be vacated no later than 12:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Possibility of "Late check out", until 2:30 p.m. in the amount of € 65 (sixty-five euros).
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the residence will refund the full amount of the reservation.
If canceled between 29th and 15th days before arrival, the residence will reimburse 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
In case of cancellation between the 15th and 7th day before arrival, the residence will reimburse 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
In the event of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the residence reserves the right to invoice the entire reservation as compensation.
Non-refundable rates
These prices are non-modifiable, cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.
No-Show
In the case of a no-show, the residence reserves the right to invoice the entire reservation as compensation. A no-show represents a reservation that does not show up on the day of arrival and until 12 noon the next day. No-show reservations are automatically canceled.
Animals
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the room, an amount of 100€ (one hundred euros) will be charged to the customer in the event of breach of the contract.
Taxes
A government tax of 2.80 euros per person per day must be paid by customers during their stay.
This tax is applicable only to adults from the age of 18.
Children Policy
Accommodation for children up to 1 year old is free in the parents' room.
Accommodation supplement
Maximum capacity of the rooms: 2 Adults + 1 Child (2-17 years) + 1 baby (0-1 year).
The supplement for children will be charged € 45 per child per night (breakfast offered by the residence)
Evening meal supplement
We also offer the Evening Meal for adults and children at an additional cost. The prices indicated are excluding drinks.
